Ozark Collection

For twenty years, Leland and Crystal Payton have collected ephemera that relates to Ozark history. From flea markets, antiques shows, and auctions, they have acquired souvenirs, postcards, magazines, books, brochures, maps and photographs—some of which were used to illustrate our book See the Ozarks.

Many of the large photographs that decorate the new Bass Pro Branson Landing store are enlargements scanned from images in our collection.
